Who we are

What we collect

• Details you give us: name, mobile number, email address, the property or service you're interested in, and your message.
• How you found us: the page you landed on, the referring website and campaign tags (UTM parameters).
• Website usage data through analytics cookies, if you consent to them.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and provide the information or service you asked for.
• With your separate consent, to send property insights and launch updates. You can withdraw this at any time.
• To keep records required of estate agents under the Estate Agents Act and CEA guidelines.

Who we share it with

Our customer relationship system (Orqados), which manages enquiries and follow-ups; our email provider; ERA Realty Network where required for a transaction; and parties involved in a transaction you ask us to handle (such as developers, lawyers or banks). We don't sell your data.

Where data is stored or processed outside Singapore, we require protection comparable to the PDPA.

Do Not Call

We only send marketing messages to Singapore numbers with your clear consent, and check the Do Not Call Registry as required.

Retention, access and correction

We keep personal data only as long as needed for these purposes or as required by law. You may ask to access or correct your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing Contact.davidaudrie@gmail.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
