Empowerment through insight

We began our real estate careers in 2014 and joined ERA Realty Network in 2026. Along the way we became property investors ourselves, and we saw how often good families made expensive decisions under pressure.

So we built a method. W.A.T.E.R sets the why, C.L.E.A.R sets how and when you decide, and L.E.X tests what you buy against location, entry price and exit. Together they turn “What should I buy?” into a better question: “Does this property support my long-term plan?”

We work as a couple, and many of our clients are couples too, often at a turning point: a first home, an HDB upgrade after MOP, a portfolio that needs rebalancing, or a plan for retirement.
