The development
Aurea forms part of a wider city address alongside The Golden Mile, bringing private homes together with retail, dining, offices and medical suites in the conserved landmark next door.
The Golden Mile: visionary then, visionary now
Completed in 1973, Golden Mile Complex brought homes, workplaces and leisure together in one of Asia's early mixed-use developments. In 2021 it was gazetted for conservation, Singapore's first large-scale strata-titled building to receive this recognition. It is now being rejuvenated, with Aurea adding a new residential tower beside it.
Facilities on three levels
Level 3 Resort: a 25-metre infinity pool (Grand Infinity), The Retreat, Sizzle and Sear, and spas. Level 17 Lounge: The Dining Room, Lounge Cove and a viewing point. Level 33 Sky: Sky Infinity, Sky Gym and The Boulder, with outlooks towards Marina Bay and the Kallang River.
